Hi Martha, I have a location & production services company in Italy.
I produced the Pirelli Calendar in Corsica on 2012. Food, wine and local atmospheres have been deeply tried and tasted as you can imagine. Rosè is amazing…fish is gorgeous and the meat is wild!
In Sardinia I spent almost 30 years, I have a house in the east north. Sardinia is totally different from Corsica and completely different from all the other italian regions developed on the ocean. His food has historical origin from roman period…little fisherman activity and big country side areas where born all main food products.
I born in Naples and I work all around Italy…food is a passion!!!
I organized a photo book called Pasta for Lagostina Company. It was a photo reportage of nine women of different italian region preparing and cooking their pasta receipt, typical from each region.
Few years ago I did a same job for Food Channel Usa with Wolfgang Puck tasting all south italian regions kitchens.
So I’d love to help you in this smell, colour and taste trip visiting the most amazing and rare locations in the two islands.
