    Dear Sir,
    The French Film Commission would be happy to help you with your project. The previous answers on that forum gave you the contact for the local film commssions in Upper and Lower Normandy. The are indeed the right film commissioners to be contacted.
    They will keep us posted about your project and we will get involved if necessary.

    You can contact us the National Film Commission on +33 1 5383 9898 (as suggested by Hanne Evans). Although for questions regarding filming permits for Paris, it would be best to contact the Paris Film Office directly on +33 1 4276 4361.
