Hello from Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA! We are fortunate to live in an area that is a “high desert;” you get the desert look without the extreme heat. See the following pics for a decent representation of our “desert.” There is plenty of land available on Albuquerque’s west side to build a Western town/set. We are the largest city in New Mexico and have all the amenities associated with a big city (including Albuquerque Studios – the largest independently run studios in North America!).
