    Hi,
    Let me have an idea of the shot you are looking for and the end usage.

    I am based in the UAE and we do have massive deserts here, all kinds from dry shrubs laden landscapes thru to just plain sand dunes. They are spread across the various Emirates (States) and each have their own procedures to get permissions. Give me a clearer idea and I may be able to help you.
