India's Film Bazaar dates announced
India's National Film Development Corp (NFDC) will host the co-production market, Film Bazaar, between the 26 and 29 of November at the Marriott Resort in Goa.
15 India-focused feature film projects will be chosen to meet with potential Indian and international partners.
New to this year's event is a co-production market for documentary projects. Using the same selection criteria as the features category, a total of ten documentary projects will be presented to co-producers, sales agents, distributors and broadcasters at the four-day event.
There will also be a Screenwriters' Lab, Work In Progress workshop and the Film Conclave & Business Lounge seminar programme.
NFDC managing director Nina Gupta said: "Film Bazaar every year aims at promoting cinema which reflects the diversity of India and which aims to tell unseen and unheard stories of contemporary India with a view to taking these stories to international audiences."
