For Sky Atlantic’s new series about the rise of Black Power in 1970's Britain, Guerrilla, Director John Ridley filmed in the boroughs of Camden, Islington, Lambeth and Hackney.
The next series of Netflix’s anthology show, Black Mirror, will feature scenes shot on location in Iceland. Production company Truenorth will be handling the shoot, having now obtained filming permits from the Environment Agency of Iceland.

The long-awaited fourth season of BBC’s Sherlock returned to London earlier this year, using a multitude of locations throughout the city for its season premiere. Despite usually being filmed in London, Sherlock took a brief detour to Bristol and The Bottle Yard Studios last year for its Christmas special.
The upcoming Christmas commercial for the UK retailer Marks & Spencer (M&S) was filmed on location in Barnard Park, Islington. The North-West London borough was turned into a winter wonderland, with fake snow used to cover the streets and a number of residential houses decked out with Christmas decorations.
The third season of Charlie Brooker’s satirical anthology series Black Mirror has been shot on location throughout London, doubling the British capital for California. While shooting the first episode of the season, the Electrowerkz nightclub in Islington was used to depict a Californian beach town in the height of the 1980s.
Black Label Productions filmed on location in Antibes in the south of France for the latest in the Miss Dior campaign starring Natalie Portman. Directed by Anton Corbijn, the spot shows Portman abandoning her wedding at the last minute and escaping in a Dior-branded helicopter.
Sherri began her career in production at Ogilvy & Mather nearly 20 years ago. She knew Ogilvy ECD Bill Hamilton, who helped Sherri work out that production was where she wanted to be. She spent six years at Ogilvy, followed by another five at Y&R before going freelance.
