When creative agency Grey London and production company Hungry Man wanted a backdrop for their groundbreaking new spot, Space Chair, for Toshiba, they chose Nevada. Shot in the wilderness of the Nevada Black Rock desert 12 miles north east of the town of Gerlach, the spot follows the journey of an ordinary living room chair to the extraordinary heights of the edge of space, lifted to an altitude of 98,268 feet by a simple helium balloon.

When Guinness and creative agency AMV BBDO made the bold decision to move away from the well established ‘Good Things Come to Those Who Wait’ strapline, they knew that any television ad campaign would have to be something spectacular. The Guinness spot, called World with the new strapline 'Bring it to Life', has certainly lived up to expectations.
