The BBC will film on location in Yorkshire for a new TV adaptation of the classic novel An Inspector Calls. Yorkshire has become a popular UK filming location and recently hosted BBC Films’ First World War drama Testament Of Youth.

Location One has become the latest company to open an office at The Bottle Yard Studios in Bristol, in the west of England. The firm supplies equipment and services for location filming and has worked on major productions like Downton Abbey, Skyfall and Thor: The Dark World.

Supernatural TV drama Dominion is in pre-production on its second season and will again film Cape Town in South Africa as a future Las Vegas. The drama is a TV version of the 2010 fantasy horror film Legion.
