The upcoming adaptation of Julian Barnes’s novel, The Sense of an Ending, shot several crucial scenes in the London borough of Lambeth, with principal photography lasting for seven weeks.
Christopher Menaul’s war-time film, Another Mother’s Son, recreated St Helier Harbour at Princes Wharf in Bristol. During the shoot, the production utilised the Lloyds Amphitheatre as a base of operations.
The next series of Netflix’s anthology show, Black Mirror, will feature scenes shot on location in Iceland. Production company Truenorth will be handling the shoot, having now obtained filming permits from the Environment Agency of Iceland.

The parameters for a co-production treaty between Canada and Ukraine are now being discussed following the release of Bitter Harvest, a collaborative project between the two countries. Produced by Devil’s Harvest Production, the film was shot in Kyiv and utilised sound stages at Pinewood Studios in London.
ITV’s prequel to the Prime Suspect television series was partially filmed inside Ladywell Coroners Court and Mortuary, an abandoned building situated in southeast London. The location was transformed into a functioning mortuary during production.
