Cinespace Film Studios plans new Toronto facility
Cinespace Film Studios has bought more than 20 acres of property in Toronto and plans to develop a series of studios, production offices and car parking space.
The property is the former Consumers Glass Factory at Etobicoke and Steve Mirkopoulos, President of Cinespace, described the plans as the company’s “most ambitious project yet”.
Productions using the new facilities will have easy access to post-production facilities in the form of nearby Deluxe Laboratories, while the city’s Pearson Airport is also only a short distance away.
