Young Director Award 2015 open for entries
This year’s Young Director Award is open for entries, with filmmakers invited to submit their short movies by 24 May 2015. The CFP-E (Commercial Film Producers of Europe)/Shots Young Director’s Award (YDA) is a fringe event of the Cannes Film Festival.
The YDA specialises in promoting debuting international talent in commercial film production and gives awards in categories including Animation, Broadcast, Charity, Short Film and Test Commercial.
Winners of the online competition will be announced at a party at the Long Beach in Cannes in June. Details of YDA’s 2016 re-launch will also be announced at the Cannes event.
The Location Guide is a media partner of YDA.
