The Location Managers Guild International returns to FOCUS

The Location Managers Guild International (formerly the Guild of America) will be returning as an exhibitor at this year’s FOCUS event. Mick Ratman will be leading the exhibition with a number of guild members including Angus Ledgerwood (Kong: Skull Island), Graeme MacKenzie (Broadchurch) and Chris Morgan (Houdini and Doyle).

LMGI Board Member, Rebecca Puck Stair explains: “representing location professionals all over the globe, the Location Managers Guild International (LMGI) is proud of our longstanding friendship and support of FOCUS and The Location Guide. This year, the former Location Managers Guild of America celebrates its new name, new location professionals freshly inducted into the Academy, and, at long last, a rightful 'location management' category on IMDb.”

She continues: “the LMGI participated in the first annual FOCUS and is delighted to partner again this year again in Islington, bringing together people and places, and representing the highest standards in the locations industry.”

LMGI has been representing location professionals worldwide for over 13 years, becoming an industry leader for the locations community in the process. LMGI also plays a key role in the organisation of international familiarisation tours, with two recent examples being tours throughout Poland and French Polynesia.

FOCUS is the essential end of year event for everyone working in the production industry. The programme features 70+ industry experts from film, TV and advertising, participating in over 30 sessions. Meet with over 160 exhibitors from 55 countries include locations providers, film commissions and production service companies. Register your attendance today for free.
