Cannes Lions Beach Lounge Partner 2015: The Magic

Lithuanian production house The Magic has joined The Location Guide as a partner for our Location Beach Lounge at this year’s Cannes Lions Festival. The company was set up in 2011 and specialises in commercials and general production services.

"Cannes Lions is the main event in our market,
so every year we try to participate in it for two main reasons - to find new talent with whom we might work on future projects
and to meet our colleagues from around the world," says Rūta Jekentaitė, CEO of The Magic.

"Everyone is in one place and it's nice to be in sunny Cannes to talk about business without ties.

"The Lounge is a great spot to meet our colleagues from different companies. We will organise meetings all day long with old and new friends in a cozy and relaxing place. What could be better than a business venue at the seaside?"

Lithuania is emerging as a production hub in northern Europe. The Magic offers an efficient and professional service amid fantastic natural filming locations.

Lithuania now offers a 20% filming incentive and the country has hosted the BBC’s courtroom drama The Eichmann Show, as well as an epic upcoming adaptation of War And Peace, also from the BBC.
