VIP Luncheon to mark ‘Team Brazil Warm-Up’ at Cannes Lions
A VIP Luncheon will mark a ‘Team Brazil Warm-Up’ at the Cannes Lions advertising festival this week. The event will be held tomorrow (Wednesday 18 June) at Pierre Cardin’s Bubble House from 1-5pm.
The luncheon will be hosted by ABEDESIGN and APRO, which first implemented FilmBrazil in 2003, and the event is organised in partnership with APEX and Estadão. The luncheon will offer a nod to the FIFA World Cup in Brazil by offering Brazilian food, cocktails and DJ performances.
“The Brazilian advertising and design industries are siblings in spirit with the Cannes Lions Festival,” said Anna Carolina Maccarone, Executive Manager at ABEDESIGN.
“We are so excited to present a taste of Brazil to the beauty of Cannes - and when I say ‘taste,’ I really mean something that appeals to all the senses, which is in line with the Brazilian sensibility.”
Cannes Lions is the world’s leading advertising festival and is routinely attended by 12,000 people from nearly a hundred different countries.
