Alaska passes new legislation
New Alaskan legislation, initially signed into law by Governor Sarah in June of this year, has now been approved. The initiative provides a 30% transferable tax credit for qualified film production expenditures with an additional 10% for local hires, plus a 2% uplift for both rural and out of season filming.
