Production begins on series three of BBC's Poldark
The third series of the BBC’s highly successful period drama, Poldark has now commenced filming with scenes being shot in Cornwall, Bristol and at The Bottle Yard Studios. All of these locations have been visited by the production in the past and will be familiar to fans of the show.

Netflix’s hit sci-fi series, Stranger Things was shot almost entirely on location within the state of Georgia, with portions also filmed at Screen Gems Studios in Atlanta. The state was used as a cheat for Indiana, which is currently without a film incentive programme.
Mauritius film and commercial rebate raised from 30% to 40%
The film rebate scheme available in Mauritius has increased from the previous rate of 30% to 40%. The increase is designed to entice more international productions to film in the island nation, covering costs relating to transport, accommodation and production services amongst others.
Norway takes home USD24 million from major international productions
A financial report constructed by Norway’s Olsberg SPI Consultancy has revealed that the country received an overall intake of USD24 million from the two feature films, The Snowman and Downsizing that shot on location in 2016. The presence of these two production accounted for 142 new jobs with a total of USD12.7 million in payroll expenses.
